Students of Ormiston Sudbury Academy have been busy in their Food Technology kitchens with some delicious donations from Boxford Farms. Anna Hayter and Robert England (Boxford Farms Manager) took a whole bunch of strawberries and raspberries to the students, although it didn’t come without a challenge! They were tasked with coming up with a delicious recipe using the donated fruit, and then, of course, measuring, mixing and baking their creations into existence.
Anna and Robert revisited to taste the results, which included delicious cakes, yummy muffins, Swiss rolls, and even a giant cookie. They must have had a hard time picking a winner because all those dishes look amazing! The winner was presented with a recipe book written by Stoke by Nayland’s Head Chef. Well done Ormiston Sudbury Academy!
